Role with the team: Kuba is the Wild's current defensive man on the point for powerplays. Is a top 4 defender.   Strengths: Kuba has good size, smooth skating, and a potential to put the puck in the net from the point.   Weaknesses: Not the best physical player, a quiet guy both on and off the ice. Lacks consistency and needs to prove he can be a steady offensive force on the ice for long shifts.   Potential: Kuba is already the Wild's premiere offensive defenseman. He led the defense in points in 2002-03 with 24 points. (5 goals, 19 assists)
