Role with the team:
Schultz is the Wild's smooth skating puckhandling defenseman.

Strengths:
Good skating, good speed, good agility, moves puck well, decent passing...

Weaknesses:
Doesn't have the physical frame of a top notch defenseman...yet.

Potential:
Schultz is the Wild's young puckhandling defenseman who likes to set up his teammates from the point. He isn't an absolute physical force but tries his best to do what he can when it comes to checking. Could be a Power Play quarterback.
