Role with the team: Dupuis is an offensive minded winger who can put up good numbers.   Strengths: Great speed, good positioning, above average offensive skills.   Weaknesses: He is a small player, provides average defense.   Potential: Dupuis had a breakout year in 2002-03 and put up 48 points and his 20 goals were 2nd on the team. (Gaborik had 30 that year) Dupuis was the victim of a team-agent holdout that made him miss most of the 2003-04 training camp and his play suffered quite a bit because of it. If he gets back into the groove, the Wild could once again have another winger that provides a punch rather than Marian Gaborik.
